DELIVERY POLICY

We provide delivery service to most of the locations in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area except Banting, KLIA, Jenjarom, Pulau Indah. Delivery charges vary depending on the area or zip code. Final delivery charges can be viewed upon check out. 

Kindly contact us if you wish to deliver to unlisted area.



OPERATING HOURS

Aroma's operating hours are from Monday to Saturday from 10.00am to 6.00pm, off on Sunday. You may pre-order at least (3) days before and you will be able to select 3 time delivery duration options in the check out page on our website;

  • 1st batch delivery is dispatched during the 10.00am to 12.00pm slot

  • 2nd batch delivery is dispatched during the 12.30pm to 3.00pm slot

  • 3rd batch delivery is dispatched during the 3.30pm to 5:30pm slot


RECIPIENT’S DETAILS  

  • Please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postal code and contact number of the intended recipient, together with your contact number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. 

  • Aroma The Florist will not hold any responsibility in the event delivery is delayed caused by the wrong information filled by the customer.

  • In the event of re-schedule the delivery. Kindly contact customer service or whatapps us for faster response. Change of address will not be entertained on the selected delivery date itself.
